We talk so much about death, but what about life?

As part of The Afterlife Collective, I’ve spent years helping people connect with Spirit, understand death, and explore what comes next. But something I see too often is regret. Not from those who have passed on—but from those still living. Regret for the adventures they never took, the dreams they postponed, and the moments they assumed they'd always have more time for.

I don’t want to wait until the end of life to talk about what it means to live.

Live the Duck Out of Life was born from this realization: that too many people never get the chance to check off their bucket lists. Not because they don’t want to, but because life gets in the way—until suddenly, there’s no time left.

And I know this feeling personally. There was a time when life felt like it had stopped for me. A time when I let fear, uncertainty, and circumstances hold me back from truly embracing the moments I had. But I was reminded—through my own journey—that even in the face of fear or hardship, we still have the power to rise above it. We still have the power to seek joy, adventure, and purpose. We still have the power to live.
